How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Delete account & data. This permanently removes your account and everything attached to it — immediately and irreversibly.

Email contact@companiio.com and we'll get back to you within two business days. Companiio is made in Metro Vancouver.
Do I need an account at all?
No. Tap Continue as guest to browse and search without one. An account is only useful if you want to save places and sync plans across devices.
Why does the app ask for my location?
To show what's nearby and the local weather and air quality. It's optional — say no and the app defaults to Vancouver. Your position is rounded to about a kilometre before it's used, and the app never tracks you in the background.
A place is wrong, closed, or shouldn't be there
Tell us the venue's name and include a screenshot if you can — we'll fix or remove it.
If you own the business and want your listing changed, email us from your business domain. For copyright concerns about an image, send the venue or event name and a link to the image and we'll take it down.
Reporting a problem
The more of this you include, the faster we can fix it:
- What you were doing when it happened
- Your device and iOS version
- The app version (shown in Settings)
- A screenshot, if the problem is visible
